Surfboard:

I wanted to build a surfboard while also on a budget. I used XPS Foam and leftover fiberglass and epoxy resin from work. I made a 3D model based off of the Haydenshapes Hypto Krypto. I had bonded a few XPS sheets together and sent it off to be CNC cut from my model. If I was to do this again, I wouldn't bother with CNC cutting. It's expensive, especially considering that you can buy surfboard blanks for a fraction of the cost and hand shape from there. After receiving the cut foam board, I cut out the space for the fin boxes then began wrapping fiberglass. The fin boxes get wrapped under the fiberglass and then after done drying, you sand away the area where the fins are placed. The overall finish wasn't to my liking, so I ended up painting the board afterwards. For my first board, I'm happy with the results.
